Why JETWASH exists
JETWASH started in 2008 with a simple frustration: most car washes either rushed the job and damaged the paint, or charged premium prices for premium work that was actually average. There wasn't much in between, and there definitely wasn't much you could trust.
So Jack opened a studio and started doing it differently. One detailer, one car at a time, every job photographed and explained, quoted prices that don't change at pickup, and the best products available regardless of margin. Seventeen years on, that's still how the studio runs.
The reason it's stayed a one-detailer operation is deliberate. Scaling up means hiring, training, supervising, and losing control of the work. Staying small means the same hands that quoted your car are the same hands that ceramic coat it. That's the trade-off, and most of the customers who come back fortnightly for a Quick Wash are the reason it's the right one.
A real studio, not a driveway.
There's a reason JETWASH operates out of a fixed industrial studio instead of a mobile setup. Some detailing work simply can't be done well in a customer's driveway. Here's why the studio matters.
Controlled Environment
Out of the sun, out of the wind, out of the dust. Ceramic coatings, paint correction and tint work all need stable conditions. A driveway doesn't deliver that. A covered studio bay does.
Proper Lighting
Swirl marks, holograms, and clear coat defects are invisible in normal daylight. The studio uses high-output inspection lighting that shows every flaw, which is the only way to actually correct them.
Full Equipment On-Site
RUPES polishers, dedicated wash bay, hot water, snow foam cannons, the full chemistry library. Mobile detailers carry a fraction of what's available in a fixed studio, and it shows in the work.
Time Without Compromise
Ceramic coatings need curing time. Paint correction needs multiple passes. The studio lets the work take exactly as long as it needs to take, instead of being rushed to clear a customer's driveway.

The brands behind the work
A detailer is only as good as what they put on the paint. JETWASH uses globally recognised, industry leading products throughout the studio, and is an authorised partner of the brands that matter most.
Gtechniq
UK-engineered ceramic coatings including Crystal Serum Ultra (9-year warranty), Crystal Serum Light, and EXOv5. Authorised application status means warranties are real and valid.
RUPES
Italian-engineered random orbital polishers used by every serious detail studio worldwide. The right tool for proper paint correction without burning through clear coat.
Koch Chemie
German-formulated decontamination, snow foam, interior cleaners and degreasers. Industry-standard chemistry that's safe on coatings, paint, fabric and leather.
Meguiar's
Professional-grade cutting and finishing compounds with decades of refinement. The compounds used to bring scratched and oxidised paint back to depth.
The Rag Company
The studio runs through dozens of dedicated microfibre towels per car. Different weave, different weight for every step. Towels that scratch paint don't get used twice.
Bigboi
Australian-designed car blowers used for getting water out of panel gaps, badges, mirrors and trim. No water spots, no contact drying on sensitive surfaces.
P&S
US-made professional detailing chemistry, particularly strong for interior shampoos, leather conditioners and dressings. The brand serious detailers use behind the scenes.
Every product in the studio is there because it's the best at its job. Not because there's a kickback.
