    Quick answers to the questions most first time customers ask before booking

    How quickly will I hear back? +
    Jack reads every enquiry personally. During business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat by appointment) replies usually come back within a few hours, and same day at the latest. After hours messages are typically answered the next morning.
    Do you offer pickup and drop-off? +
    Most jobs are booked into the Coolum Beach studio so the work can be done in a controlled, environment, that's especially important for paint correction and ceramic coating. For longer multi-day jobs we can sometimes arrange local pickup. Mention it in your enquiry and Jack will let you know what's possible.
    Can I get a quote without bringing the car in? +
    Yes. For general detailing packages a make, model, condition note and a couple of photos is usually enough for an accurate quote. For paint correction or ceramic coating we'll give you an indicative range over phone or email, then confirm the final quote once we've seen the car in person under proper lighting.
    What info should I include in my enquiry? +
    Make and model, year, paint colour, current condition (any swirls, scratches, contamination, oxidation), the service you're interested in, and your preferred timeframe. A few photos of the car in natural light help a lot, especially for ceramic coating quotes.
    Do you take walk-ins? +
    Walk-in quotes and inspections are welcome during business hours, but bookings are by appointment so we can give every car the time it deserves. If you're nearby, call ahead on 0497 731 719 and we'll let you know if Jack can see you straight away.
